HOME VISITS
All in-person home visits will only be done after 2 telehealth sessions / consultations. This is after coming to a mutual understanding and agreement between the client and the practitioner that, home visits will be crucial and invaluable to the continuity and success of achieving the desired goal.
Home visits will be scheduled depending on the availability of both the client and the medical and healthcare providers.
